Something New!

It's been far too long since I've added anything to my etsy shop. I found this sconce at a local flea market. It was a lovely gold color, but I changed that and added a pink wash to it. I think it will look so pretty with some trailing flowers.

this may be a dumb question, but what's an etsy shop? and how do i find it? - sorry for my beginner blunders :)

Etsy is a site where you can find handmade and vintage items. If you look on the right hand side of my blog you will see a link to my etsy shop. You should really check it out, there is amazing talent on that site.

Hope that helps : )

The details on this sconce is beautiful. I'm sure it looks much better with the coat of wash you gave it.

I love your sconce, I have the twin to yours hanging in my craft room, I painted mine Heirloom White and I love it! (If you scroll back through my blog to my sewing/craft room pictures you will see it hanging on my black screen!)
I love your blog and enjoy my visits so much!
Have a lovely 3 day weekend, and hope your weather is beautiful to go with it!

That is a beautiful piece. I love the pink wash you gave it.

My bedroom right now is pinks and greens and this would go perfect in it. But, I am in the process of changing it to blues. Otherwise I would be heading over to shop to grab it. I'm sure it will be gone soon.

Hugs,
Joanne

That's a lovely piece Kelli ~ I'm sure it won't last long before someone snaps it up.

Thanks for the tip on dripless candles in your previous post. I am going to try that this weekend.
Hugs,
Kerryanne

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiice! And the pink-afied starfish...awesome! For my bib sister's b-day last June I did a Pink Hawaiian theme and I pink glittery shells everywhere!
